Do you charge guests any booking fees?
No – you don’t pay any extra booking fee to Caravans2LET. You simply pay the price set by the owner for your stay and any extras you’ve agreed with them.
How do cancellations and refunds work?
Each owner sets their own cancellation policy. Any refunds will follow the rules shown on the listing, so always check these before you book.
How can I contact the owner if I have a question?
You can send a message or add notes when you place your booking request. Once confirmed, you’ll receive the owner’s contact details for any final questions.
How much does it cost to advertise my caravan?
We use a simple annual listing fee for each caravan, with discounted rates for additional listings and no commission on individual bookings.
Do you charge commission on each booking?
No. Once your annual listing fee is paid, we don’t take a percentage of your rental income. What guests pay you for their stay is yours.
How do I manage my availability and avoid double bookings?
Keep your Caravans2Let calendar up to date by blocking out any dates you’ve booked elsewhere or are using personally, so guests only see genuinely free dates.
Can I set my own house rules and take a security deposit?
